Except for the cheaper treatment cost, I have nothing good to say about his place and Dr. Riz's practice. He wears suit everyday, acts like businessman and practice orthodontics like a business man. Imagine what kind of attention he can give to a single patient when he treats hundreds in a year. The only difference that distinguishes this place from other places, is the amount of efforts they make in marketing themselves, instead of in the services. If sign up with them because of those good reviews, you are just another person who is contributing to this factory-like dental office whose profit is based on quantity, not quality!
About Front Desk: They have a 48-hour appointment cancellation policy, otherwise you will be charged. Their auto system reminds you 48 hours ahead of time, not 2 business days ahead, so you end up being tied to the appointment, or paying money for no-show.
